I play 100 open mics up and down the east coast every year, and this ranks among the top 3. This is a true listening room environment, no matter what you are laying down. The genre is totally inclusive, the clientele are non-judgmental, and the sound guy is among the best I've ever had.

One of the few dive bars left in the city. Great place for a few drinks before a night out. You can also spend your entire night here as well. A 5 star from me.

It's an indie diving bar so expectations can't be high, so 5 stars for the cheap drinks, clean bathroom and live music. Also the bar tender( Maggie i think) was super friendly

I enjoyed this place very much. They do not serve food but don't mind if you bring your takeout in. The sound guy Greg is an absolute peach, and the bartender was really cool. I loved the vodka punch and the jello shots. Also, they have strongbow and angry orchard cider, which is nice if you aren't a beer drinker. The drink menu is expansive. They have local acts in there all the time and are genuinely good people. Here's a photo of Pirates for Sail when they performed there on March 13th 2022.

My band played there the week of Thanksgiving and we loved it. The sound guy Greg was a lot fun to work with, the bar was stocked, and their is plenty of room to make your way around the bar even on busy days!
